Job Description & RequirementsJob Title: Home Health • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • DaysJoin our Home Health team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13•week contract, working 40 hours per week. We value flexibility and a minimum of 2 years of Home Health experience.Responsibilities:• Deliver high•quality patient care at home.• Manage 20•25 patients weekly.• Complete Homecare Homebase documentation.• Attend weekly in•person meetings.Requirements:• Valid CA LVN License.• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.• OASIS experience.• Continuous employment with no more than a 1•year gap.• Proficiency in OASIS documentation.Additional Information:• Position based in Redding, CA.• Any color scrubs acceptable.• PPE and parking details provided.• Weekly pay cycle.• 2•3 days of orientation.Time off must be pre•approved and made up. No on•call requirement.
