What a Typical Day Could Look LikeAs a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for helping the community look vibrant, clean, and welcoming for current and future residents. You are the Champion of Community Appearance!
- You will ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris.
- You may help with the make-ready process of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
- You will assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager.

RequirementsKey Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties.
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
