Description:
Dozer/Loader operator positions are responsible for safely and effectively operating dozer and/or loaders used in heavy construction. There must be an awareness of surroundings and comfort backfilling, grading, loading/unloading pipe and compacting.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years experience operating 4+ yard loader and/or dozer
* A minimum of 3 years experience backfilling and grading
* A minimum of 3 years experience loading and unloading pipe
* A minimum of 3 years experience compaction
* Excellent communication skills including a positive attitude
* General knowledge of the heavy highway construction industry
* General knowledge of mechanical operations of heavy equipment
