CCBC is seeking a dynamic Enrollment Analyst/Team Lead, who has experience in student operational systems which may include Salesforce and Target X. This role reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and combines direct technical expertise with leadership responsibilities and reports to the Director of Enrollment Management. This position will manage the Enrollment Services Specialists at CCBC, optimizing operations, and student communication strategies, while supporting students throughout their educational journey. A primary focus will be on optimizing recruitment within a CRM/JRM environment and implementing best practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* At least 1 year of formal training and experience using student information systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. This experience should demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above duties.
* Demonstrated experience in CRM/JRM, preferably with Salesforce and Target X.
* Familiarity with student texting services such as Text Magic or Twillio.
* Strong record-keeping and data management skills.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
* In-depth knowledge of college policies, procedures, and programs.
* Tactful and effective in interactions with students, the public, and colleagues.
