***Looking for an ASAP start date***D/N Rotate Shift.Expected to work every other weekend.Does NOT accept local candidates within 50 miles!AHA Certifications: BLS & ACLS required at the time of submission.Minimum 2 years of experience required.Must have recent experience in MS/tele that takes post-surgical/ cath lab patients.Femoral Sheath pull experience preferred.Primarily receives CHF patients, acute MI s post device care.Patient type: CHF, Acute MI s, arrhythmias, acute MI s post device care (pacemakers, AICD s, post PTCI s) coming from Cath Lab. NO A-lines and arterial sheaths but can take temporary external pacemakers.Unit is staffed for acute intermediate care for cardiac patients and general medical patients.LVAD patients are housed in this unit; no experience necessary but must be interested in learning.RN is expected to help with blood draws.Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract.Floating is expected.Expected to work every other holiday.
