Roche Bobois located in Houston, Texas is looking for an after sales service representative who will act as a liaison, provide/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face post furniture purchases.
The customer resolution relations will cover the following showrooms: Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver and future openings.
Supervisor: Logistic Manager
Location: 701 8th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Daily delivery reports for each showroom
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction (after sales)
- Work with European factories to find solutions for repairs or replacements on pieces
- Coordinate and work with other departments such as repair technicians and warehouse team for technical or order issues
- After-sale issues follow-up with clients and showrooms
- Searching for third party company/technicians in the U.S.
- File after-sale issue reports in corporate system and internal system
Qualifications
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and critical thinking to solve problems
- Competency with computer skills, Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and at fast paced environment
- Able to provide basic technical support or troubleshoot client's problems.
