- 4+ years of early stage company hustle (Seed-Series C), or an early stage company heart and a desire to dive into the challenge
- A builder. Somebody who wants to have an impact on the post-sales process
- A problem solver and visionary of product potential. You view Customer Success as a proactive mission, not a reactive duty.
