The MNK Group is hiring on behalf of our client in the construction space, a premier General Contractor in Buffalo, NY. We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and labor. Responsibilities include developing accurate cost estimates, reviewing blueprints and specifications, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
• Identify potential cost-saving measures and risks
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Timberline, Procore)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
