You will execute all administrative tasks relating to the Johnson Controls Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written.How you will do itMonitor inventory levels to order ship from the proper warehouse.Manage backorders.Maintain ship dates.Manage order cancellations quickly.Answer callsHandle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations etc.Pull regular reports to manage orders.Manage cases in Salesforce.com.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesWhat we look for:Required Problem solving Proactive Agilework in fast paced environment with quickly changing prioritiesAble to manage tasks effectively.Active Listening skillsCRM experience with Salesforce.com,ERP: SAPAttention to DetailMicrosoft Office Suite experienceBilingual a plus
