Responsibilities:
- Daily Support: Provide continuous support to BT Managers and Vendor Partners, handling a high volume of contingent worker headcount requests.
- Inquiry Resolution: Perform research and resolve inquiries from business and suppliers, offering expertise on contingent worker contracts, including work orders, rates, timesheets, and project assignments.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with BT Finance and project management teams to ensure headcount and budget alignment.
- Onboarding Oversight: Collaborate with BT managers and suppliers to open new resource requests, ensuring timely onboarding and managing the end-to-end hiring process via Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Project Management: Create and maintain projects and requisitions for both time and materials and fixed price engagements within the VMS.
- Reporting and Data Quality: Assist in reporting to ensure accuracy of contractor assignments, payment lines, and SOWs. Perform routine data quality checks and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and hygiene.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 2-4+ years in a contingent labor program office, MSP provider, or procurement analyst role.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with VMS tools such as VNDLY, Coupa, Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, WAND, etc.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and standardize processes.
