- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency and demonstrate success.

- A proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in trades, home services, or similar industries.
- Expertise with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
