What You'll Be Doing- Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct a complete pre- and post-shift safety inspection daily.
- Responsible for knowing aggregate products.
- Able to estimate weight when loading trucks either visually or grade, maintain stockpiles.
- Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner.
What Are We Looking For- Prefer high school diploma or general education (GED)
- Prefer two years of heavy equipment experience
- Open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience is a plus
- MSHA training a plus
Conditions of Employment- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer- $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
