    • Recruitment and onboarding
    • Employee retention and relations
    • Performance management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
    • Liaison with referral sources, staff members, and clients as needed.
    • General duties: assist with WC, audits, maintain inboxes, and administrative tasks
    • On-call on a rotating rosterQualifications
      • Current Australian National Police Check
      • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
      • Valid driver's licence
      • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
      • Flexibility and a can-do attitude
      • A genuine and caring approachPreferred SkillsAbout You
        • Minimum 2 years experience in HR or similar; working towards or completion of an HR qualification is advantageous
        • Understanding of the SCHADs and Nurses award, ensuring compliance
        • Strong understanding of relevant legislation
        • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
        • Strong professional communication and customer service skills
        • Developed time-management skills with the ability to multitask to meet competing priorities and deadlines
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office
