Job Overview - Client Service Representative (Hybrid):Become part of our client's Boston, MA team as a Client Service Representative. In this temporary role, you will manage assigned client relationships with a focus on fundaccounting, administration, and custody, ensuring proactive solutions and high client satisfaction.Compensation: $24/hourLocation: Boston, MASchedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Responsibilities as the Client Service Representative:
Client Management: Address and resolve day-to-day client inquiries, escalating issues when needed. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and meet deliverables. Communication: Keep clients updated on inquiry statuses and share insights on trends to improve processes. Reporting: Execute reviews of client reporting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and escalating issues as necessary. Training: Conduct client training sessions to teach them how to utilize internal systems and reduce manual intervention.Qualifications for the Client Service Representative: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Experience: Prior experience in Client Service or a related Financial Services role preferred. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
