Handle inquiries, provide pricing details, share part numbers, troubleshoot issues, and offer basic credits.Technical Support:Become the product encyclopedia! You'll provide information and specifications from our Matco Tools catalog and those of our trusted suppliers.Order Management:Efficiently input orders using our internal software systems. Accuracy and attention to detail are your superpowers.Collaboration:Work closely with the Customer Service team.
