Job Description :

Beneva Group has recently been engaged by a distinguished Christian liberal arts college to help them find a Sr. Continuous Improvement Analyst to join their developing CI team. This Sr. CI Analyst will drive process excellence across business units, designing innovative solutions to achieve best-in-class performance. You will work autonomously, lead initiatives, and mentor junior analysts in a dynamic transactional environment.

**BONUS**: After three years of employment, employees and their children are eligible for free college tuition at this institution or for a tuition exchange program with a number of other participating institutions.

Ideal candidates will posses demonstrable process improvement experience and strong problem-solving abilities, will have an eagerness to take on new challenges, will work well both within a team and independently, and will be passionate about the institutions faith-based focus and mission.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in Lean, process improvement, or related areas
  • Business Analysis experience preferred
  • Proven track record in transactional environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, service industries)

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools, especially Lean
  • Expertise in data analysis, statistical process control, and visualization
  • Strong process modeling and project management skills
  • Experience with business systems and their operational impact

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Adaptability and innovative problem-solving mindset

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize complex business processes
  • Develop and track meaningful performance metrics aligned with organizational strategy
  • Create data-driven business cases for process improvements
  • Implement and interpret advanced analytics to drive decision-making
  • Effectively communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Lead and mentor clients in process improvement methodologies
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and initiatives
  • Develop best practices for organization-wide process improvement implementation
