- Meet or exceed sales quota targets for all products and services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Grow account base through strategic consulting efforts to empower current and potential customers with effective solutions, products, and services.
- Outreach to new leads, develop cross-sale and upsell opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Provide sales department with latest competition pricing information.
- Distribute promotional material, respond to customers' queries and comments on social media, and networking during social events.
- Drive the sales process by identifying target markets, industries, and contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals aligning with their business needs.
- Build an extensive network through referrals, prospecting phone calls, industry events and peers.
- Ensure a positive customer service process by overseeing all phases of the sales cycle and client journey.
- Effectively close deals through conversations, negotiations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Daily entry in company CRM, ownership of individual sales funnel.
- Follow-up with new customers to insure they are satisfied with the quality of the service they are receiving and solicit referrals.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Repeated demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- 2+ years in Information Technology or Telecommunications

- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's license
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Mix of indoor work in an office environment and work at and going between prospect locations
- Frequent utilization of manual dexterity, computer screen(s), teleconferencing technologies and similar tools.
- Frequent travel by vehicle with minimal overnight
