Join our team as an Office Manager, providing administrative support to the Continuing Care leadership team. In this role, you will handle phone calls, correspondence, scheduling, financial reports, and invoices, maintain confidential files and vendor contracts, edit a monthly newsletter, and participate in the Survey Team.
Compensation: Starting at $26/HR

How you will make an impact
* Providing general office support to Administrator and DON, including phone calls, correspondence, scheduling of meetings, and calendar management
* Printing and distributing financial reports
* Maintaining a confidential filing system
* Preparing/coding invoices for approval promptly
* Serving as editor of a monthly newsletter for continuing care
* Maintaining binder of vendor contracts
* Participating on the Survey Team per established guidelines
What you will need
* Minimum of 2 years of progressive practical experience in administration is required
* Health care background preferred
* Proficiency in computer skills
