As host, you'll be the conductor of the ensemble that is Leon's Full Service. You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for guests' experiences. You should have an energetic and outwardly positive personality to match our guest expectations and work well in a team. You will manage the waitlist and call aheads, be responsible for seating guests according to server availability, and back up the floor. Your attention to detail and communication are critically important. Solid prior food and beverage knowledge is a plus.
