1.0 Position Overview 1.1 Manufacture products per DCE and/or Customer requirements using work instructions and procedures in a controlled environment while ensuring the quality and cleanliness of the product. This position involves repetitive motions and sitting for long periods of time. The Cleanroom Operator reports to the Cleanroom Manager. 2.0 Key Responsibilities 2.1 The Cleanroom Operator must be aware of and comply with all procedures and work instructions pertaining to this position. The essential functions of this occupation are: A. Accurately complete customer orders while meeting company deadlines. B. Perform all operations in the Cleanroom while adhering to standards and procedures. C. Complete all pertinent quality records. D. Understand the importance of a medical device and proper documentation. E. High standards of personal hygiene and good health are a must. F. Perform all duties in a safe manner while complying with all safety rules and regulations. G. Maintain a safe and clean work area. H. General housekeeping is required as necessary. I. Assist Cleanroom Technician. 3.0 Background Requirements 3.1 High school diploma (or equivalent). 4.0 DCE Training Requirements 4.1 Cleanroom Operator must be trained and certified in all of the following items before being allowed to complete products unaccompanied by Trainer successfully: A. All Mandated Companywide Training Requirements B. General Safety C. General Cleanroom Practices D. Environmental Control E. Measuring Devices F. Attaching Machine Swaging G. Figure 8 Winding & Packaging H.
