Lake Region Bank has an opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented person to join our team as full-time Commercial Lender at our Willmar location.As a Commercial Lender, you will possess a thorough understanding of loan underwriting, be responsible for generating loan production, evaluating loan applications for credit worthiness, and creating loan documentation. This position will have extensive customer contact and will be responsible for all operational aspects for commercial loans in their market and will be responsible for abiding by and keeping up on the Banks lending policies in addition to State and Federal lending regulations and compliance standards while being proactive in obtaining new commercial loan customers. Applicant requirements include experience as a Commercial Lender, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, have an innovative outlook to drive continual progress and retention, possess strong credit experience and have a business development mindset.This applicant must be loyal and hard-working and will obtain client relationships and cross sell bank products.
