- Conduct routine analytical and laboratory testing to support food safety quality and operational teams.
- Perform routine analysis of product testing and monitor instrumentation performance.
- Document results into databases and communicate test results to internal customers.
- Run calibration checks, preventive maintenance tasks, and simple repairs on analytical instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedural food safety standards.
What's Needed?
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent experience (5 years).
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative inspections and laboratory tests.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills with the ability to handle technical support issues.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug test.
