  • Maintain vendor packets and qualifications
  • Requests for pricing, load price changes
  • Revising/updating features lists
  • Updating projects vendor lists
  • Keeping all plans updated
  • New project product binders
  • Coordinate all paperwork for vendors
  • Process purchase orders, change orders and notices to proceed
  • Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed
  • Answer incoming calls and direct where appropriate.
  • Make all company purchases with approval from management.
  • Conduct an office supply inventory monthly and order as needed.
Job Requirements (Including Education):
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Purchasing experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick and sound decision-making abilities with exceptional follow-through
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated and flexible personality that embraces a proactive and fast-paced environment
