IN SUMMARY...
At Azalea Health, the Account Management team is critical to the growth and success of our business, as well as expanding the Azalea Health brand across the U.S. We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team in New York or Atlanta. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing relationships with providers at rural health clinics, affiliated providers, hospitals and health systems. The role requires a strong focus on up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients and securing contract renewals. You'll have the opportunity to work on cross-functional initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with high autonomy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
* Develop pipeline and execute sales plans to achieve customer up-sell revenue and retention targets.
* Responsible for ensuring the profitability of accounts within your portfolio.
* Manage an existing book of business by actively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and materializing into closed deals.
* Leverage your experience and consultative selling skills to develop long-standing relationships with owners and C-level executive sponsors.
* Act as the contract owner and lead contract negotiation for revenue and renewal opportunities.
* Help ensure that customers derive maximum value from their Azalea Health solution by fully leveraging their subscriptions and services.
* Maintain relationships with decision makers by communicating with them on a regular cadence.
* Develop and execute account plans for strategic accounts.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING...
* 4+ years of SaaS, software and/or solution sales experience.
* Experience developing relationships with key providers and executive decision makers.
* Experience selling EHR/EMR SaaS or related billing/RCM solutions preferred.
* Account management skills with proven ability to build and manage internal and external relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to function independently in a fast paced environment.
* BA/BS Degree.
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
