**Account Manager, Costco**

**Opportunity**
The Account Manager - Costco will act as the primary field leadership in driving Kohler Services and Dealer Direct sales through Costco nationally. The primary focus of this individual will be indirectly managing the operational and account management teams, building, and executing the overall national strategy for Costco resulting in profitable sales growth and increased market share. Specific areas will include driving Kohler Services and Dealer Direct marketing, operations, sales, and production for Costco's performance.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Primary point of contact and driver for ALL Costco relationship building and networking.
+ Develops a strategy focus, but not limited to key focus market's, to accelerate growth for the Costco channel.
+ Develops a tactical plan for the implementation of scaling the Costco business. Works in conjunction with the Director- Dealer Direct & Strategic Accounts and extended vertical teams as needed to identify, prioritize, and facilitate growth and expansion of the Costco business.
+ In collaboration with Kohler Services and Dealer Direct network, creates and manages the execution of market development plans in the Costco channel.
+ In collaboration with Kohler Services and Dealer Direct network creates a platform to share best practices.
+ Execute Costco expansion plans and marketing strategy.
+ Coordinates, develops, reviews, and approves annual growth forecasts.
+ In collaboration with Kohler Services and Dealer Direct network, creates and executes regional training program for the Costco business' funnel performance.
+ Oversees the development and ownership of key relationships with Costco and partner leadership.
+ Research competitor's programs and provide feedback to leadership.
+ Manages the Costco development budget.
+ Responsible for all Costco corporate initiatives. Including Dealer symposiums, manufacturer events, charity events and all marketing initiatives to drive business.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience or plumbing industry experience required, knowledge of Retail and solid understanding of Dealer Direct to consumer acquisition through installation business.
+ Must possess proficient skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts.
**Travel**
+ Travel to trade shows, Costco, Kohler Services, and customer visits as needed, approximately 50-65

_The salary range for this position is $102,100 - $127,650 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vison, 401k, and pension with eligibility to participate in the car program._
