About the Role:As a Parts Advisor at Foundation Auto of Wichita Falls, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and processing orders in a timely manner. You will work closely with our service and sales departments to ensure that all parts are available when needed, and that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a parts department or related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
- Experience with dealership management systems
- ASE certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license
