Job Location : Saint Peters,MO, USA
As a successful Automated Services Representative, you will be responsible for the maintenance of daily reports, including but not limited to, share drafts, ACH. You'll build and maintain quality relationships with members and co-workers by directly and indirectly assisting with automated services questions and determining member needs. You'll review and maintain assorted exception reports, audit various service applications to ensure the requested items have been properly completed and set up in all systems, assist in trouble-shooting services offered to the members via telephone, email, instant messaging and in person and perform clerical duties to assist in daily job functions.
Requirements
About The Position
* Focus on the member, provide efficient, friendly service and aid members in their financial requests or concerns
* Respond and react to incoming calls from members through the call center
* Determine member needs and cross sell credit union products and services when appropriate
* Keep member account information confidential at all times
* Order currency for the branches and for the ATM's
* Respond and react to employee and member questions about all automated services, including but not limited to, debit cards, online banking, mobile banking and ATMs
* Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers
* Perform other duties as assigned
About The Candidate
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to effectively communicate, work and interact with others
* Aptitude with smart phone technology
* Basic reading, writing and mathematics skills required
* Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
* Detailed-oriented
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed
* ACH or share draft processing experience preferred
* ATM maintenance and balancing experience preferred
