Start time: 5 PM

Compensation: Starting at $28.25 per hour.

This position includes opportunities for overtime pay and a $2,000 Retention Bonus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders while building and wrapping pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Efficiently move products from racks to pallets based on order selecting software instructions.
• Verify product correctness and ensure items are damage-free.
• Transport products to designated dock areas and effectively shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Work as a team to keep aisles safe and organized, returning empty pallets and pallet jacks to their proper locations.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in environments with temperatures ranging from -5 to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, or pull weights of 20 to 80+ lbs, handling over 1,000 cases during each shift.

What You Offer:

• Proficient in reading and communicating in English to engage in training and safety discussions and manage reports as needed.
• Able to work 8+ hour shifts overnight, typically from Sunday to Thursday, with occasional weekend and holiday availability.
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles such as lifting/transferring patients, sports, farming, or construction is preferred.
• Previous experience in selecting large-scale orders within a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Experience with motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is advantageous.

Compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, and location. The expected pay range for this role is between $28.25 and $32.05 per hour.
