As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our regional Sales and District Managers. You'll process orders, create quotations, connect with vendors, resolve customer concerns, and provide essential administrative support. Your contributions will help ensure smooth branch operations and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Process, modify, cancel, and track orders with precision.
  • Generate accurate and detailed product quotations.
  • Monitor back orders and provide timely proof of deliveries.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a problemsolving mindset.
  • Research products using internal and external resources.
  • Provide administrative support to branch operations and management.
  • Protect confidentiality of financial and operational information. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a backup to the Sales Support Manager.
    • Process new customer account submissions.
    • Generate and analyze customer-related reports.
    • Assist in training new Sales Support Specialists, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
    • Support credit processing and customer pricing submissions as needed.
    • Take on additional duties to support team and branch success. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? What You'll Bring:

        • 3+ years of customer service experience.
        • College degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
        • Familiarity with industrial or welding industries is a bonus, but not required.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
        • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
