Chick-fil-A Human Resources InternshipPosition Overview (20-30 hours per week)As a Human Resources Intern with a focus on recruitment, you will work alongside the HR Director for two Chick-fil-A locations in North Raleigh. This internship will offer you exposure to various aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process. - Restaurant Operations: Participate in operations during peak business hours.
- Sourcing and Candidate Outreach: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates. This includes working alongside the Marketing Directors to create social media content for recruiting each month.
- Recruitment Administration: Provide administrative support for various recruitment-related tasks, including maintaining the applicant training system (ATS), recruitment event communication and scheduling, reference calls, and updating documents (job descriptions, fliers, etc).
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing orientation documents and warm welcomes for new Team Members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a friendly and hospitable manner
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
