(Placement and online testing). Assists students with testing questions and concerns via phone, email and in-person. Provide high-quality customer service to all visitors of the Testing Center. Minimum and Additional Requirements Associate's degree. Preferred Qualifications The minimum as listed, plus experience working in a higher education setting/institution.
