Job Description:Position Description:This position helps keep all parts of the transaction organized and on schedule. Engage the necessary Internal and External team members, manage communication regarding transaction progress, and update leadership on transactions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): - Manage and execute the real estate leasing process for Barry-Wehmiller's 220+ leased locations
- Works with Property Group team, divisional leadership and local team to define scope of proposed transactions
- Transaction management: communicate with internal stakeholders, manage RFP process, compile transaction comparisons, and negotiate terms
- Engage outside brokers in the completion of real estate transactions; market surveys, RFP and LOI development and lease review
- Responsible for holding internal and external teams accountable to scope and schedule for each transaction
- Lease administration duties include entering new leases, removing decommissioned leases, updating additional rent amounts in a shared database, compiling reports to support strategic discussions as necessary.
- Assist on site teams with landlord/tenant issues, lease administration
- Maintain transaction process and forecast of future projects
- Attend team meetings and lead divisional meetings as needed to present pertinent project overview
- Finalize all project documentation and reports for close out of projects
- Evaluate, improve, and document project processes
Required Education and Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or related industry experience
- 2-3 years of real estate experience (corporate and/or commercial real estate, lease negotiation, real estate transaction)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; LeaseCalcs and expertise is helpful, but not required
- Strong negotiation abilities with complex projects and stakeholders
- Values working in a team environment
- Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing transaction matters
- Strong multitasking ability and ability to prioritize
- Dedication to building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Supervisory/Responsibility:- Individual contributor w/no direct reports
Travel:- Occasional domestic travel may be required for this position.
