Description Rose Villa is seeking a part-time Billing Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for preparing and processing Rose Villa's resident billing statements and performing some basic accounting and administrative duties to help support the Finance Department. This position performs assignments and manages complex projects of a sensitive nature, requiring independence, excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism. Wage and benefits:
- The starting wage is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience
- Part time - 20 hour per week

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree or 1 year of work experience in customer billing processes and systems preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of prior project or administrative support and/or coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel - Excel proficiency required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
