Job Description
This role manages compensation processes in alignment with the company's Total Rewards Strategy. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global compensation strategies to ensure consistency with pay practices and the global compensation philosophy. Alongside the compensation team, you will perform complex analytics and provide insights to support functional decision-making.

Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or a related quantitative fieldExperience: 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation and human capital management, including people management
