You Are:

You are a seasoned SAP professional with a deep expertise in SAP FICO S/4 HANA solutions. You have a strong background in finance and information systems, with over a decade of hands-on experience in SAP functions. Your leadership skills are exceptional, and you have a proven track record of managing successful ERP implementations. You are adept at business process consulting, with a keen eye for process architecture and design. Your experience spans across various integrations, including FI-SD and FI-MM, and you have a solid understanding of financial processes in P2P and R2R. You are a strategic thinker, capable of guiding and mentoring your team to achieve excellence. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are always on the lookout for emerging SAP technologies and trends to optimize financial operations and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of SAP professionals in the design, development, and implementation of SAP FICO S/4 HANA solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
  • Manage multiple SAP FICO S/4 HANA projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and innovations, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of extensive experience in SAP functions, specializing in FICO, with practical ERP implementation expertise.
  • Experience in Business Process Consulting, including Process Architecture and Design.
  • Functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Experience in FI-SD & FI-MM Integration.
