Daigle Cleaning Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated andskilled Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Window CleaningTechnician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness andappearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. Yourprimary goal will be to ensure high-quality service delivery and clientsatisfaction.Responsibilities:- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning usingappropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions.- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working atelevated heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other approved methods.- Assess and address different types of windows, includingglass panels, frames, and sills, to determine the most effective cleaningapproach.- Remove debris, dirt, and grime from windows to achieve astreak-free and spotless finish.- Identify and report any issues with windows, such ascracks, damages, or faulty mechanisms, to the appropriate supervisor.- Communicate effectively with clients to understand theirspecific needs and address any concerns regarding the cleaning process.- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, ensuring properfunctionality and safety standards.- Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, andcustomer service in all interactions with clients and team members.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Window Cleaning Technician orsimilar role in a commercial or residential cleaning environment is preferred.- Proficiency in using various cleaning tools and equipment,including squeegees, scrapers, ladders, and safety harnesses.- Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures whenworking at heights.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliverhigh-quality results consistently.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interactprofessionally with clients and team members.- Physical stamina and the ability to work in variousweather conditions.- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may berequired.
