What does an Accounting Clerk with Paul Davis do?
- Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
- Manage all phases of job costing within Restoration Management System and QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Manage the daily administration functions of the franchise as needed
- Assist the Lead JCA in maintaining all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise
- Maintain Accounts Payable files
- Process weekly Accounts Payable
- Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
- Is an integral part of a growing business
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Skills REQUIRED of Team Member:
- Clean criminal background check.
- Ability to pass an initial and random drug tests.
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Outlook.
- Must have 2+ years' experience in Quickbooks.
- Must have 1+ years' experience in customer service.
