Interns will have the opportunity to apply your classroom-learned skills to track data, analyze processes, and recommend solutions for improvement based on the gathered data from our facilities. This position is expected to start in-person in 2025 and continue through the entire summer term (i.e. through August 2025). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.Job Responsibilities
  • Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions, and review as needed
  • Documentation of new processes
  • You will partner with and influence stakeholders across the organization, such as Operations, Product, and Technology address process related activities
  • Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime
Job Requirements
  • Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or other related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast paced high stress environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to write reports and analyze raw data
