Our client, medical device manufcaturing industry is seeking a **Product manage** to join their team.

**Job Title: Product manager / Regulatory compliance specialist**

**Location: Lake bluff , IL**

**Pay Range: $30 - $37/hr on w2**

**Position Summary:**

This role serves as a critical liaison between the US Commercial Organization and the MSCO Medical Education Team, ensuring alignment and engagement on Medical Education programming for the US Market. The primary responsibilities include promoting upcoming events to the US Field Organization, tracking program engagement and material timeliness, and identifying emerging Medical Education needs. The position requires adherence to the Global Quality Framework, Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), and compliance with OEC and Legal guidelines.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including Marketing, US Sales Team, MSCO, OEC, Legal, and Regulatory teams.

+ Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, managing multiple projects and timelines with a keen eye for detail.

+ Utilize strong communication and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.

+ Adapt to evolving workflows and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

+ Apply previous experience in the medical device, laboratory, or medical field (preferred).

+ Exhibit strong writing and proofreading capabilities.

+ Ensure compliance with established business policies and guidelines.

**Education and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biological Science, or a related field.

+ 2-5 years of relevant experience in similar functions.

+ Knowledge of working in a regulated industry, preferably within medical or diagnostics fields.

+ Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
