Job Summary:Ageless Health Institute is looking for a skilled and organized medical front desk associate to join our team. The candidate will perform a combination of administrative and clinical tasks, and a key part of our overall client delivery team. As the first point of contact for most clients, the candidate will be responsible for creating a maintaining an environment where all clients feel welcomed, valued, and supported.FLSA Status: Non ExemptDuties/Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Ensure client satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Updating practice management software with appropriate client notes and client documentation
- Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges with the practice management software
- Supporting office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
- Checking-out clients and ensuring billing accuracy
- Social Media Management:
- Capture content in the clinic daily
- Create engaging and visually appealing content including reels and stories for the clinic's social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
- Schedule and post content daily to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with the online community, fostering positive relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
