Community Health Services is seeking to fill two openings for the position of Clinical Services Clerk I, located in Prescott and Prescott Valley.The Clinical Service Clerk I will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, including medical reception, eligibility determination, appointment scheduling, specialty referrals, and the management of medical records.Ideal candidate will possess prior office experience, preferably within a medical environment and demonstrate familiarity with electronic health records systems, particularly NextGen. Additionally, proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.Review class specification for Clinical Services Clerk I here.* Checking patients in and out of the health center and collection of fees with reconciliation.* Obtains eligibility, patient information, and insurance verification.* Answers telephones, schedules appointments, and processes messages.* Processing specialty referrals; and filing documents into the electronic health record.* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Experience:A minimum of one (1) year of general office experience, preferably in a medical office setting.Additional Requirements:Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license.Must possess a current fingerprint clearance card Issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
