We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Integrated Care Services Liaison to join our team. This unique role combines coordination and marketing expertise to promote our home health and outpatient services while fostering relationships with professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Promotion: Actively promote Windsor Home Health and Atlas Rehab & Wellness services to maintain existing referral sources, develop new partnerships, and engage healthcare professionals as well as consumers.
  • Marketing and Education: Create and execute marketing strategies to educate professionals, facilities, and organizations about our home health and outpatient services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with referral partners and community organizations to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Key components of this position are sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven marketing experience, preferably in home health and/or outpatient care settings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively educate and engage diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of home health care regulations and outpatient services (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
