Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to various job sites.+ Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.+ Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.+ Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.+ Ensure the highest quality of product delivery and customer satisfaction.**What Are We Looking For**+ Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.+ Ability to operate and maintain equipment.+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.+ Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.**Conditions of Employment**+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment**+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer**+ $23.54 to $25.54 per hour+ Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension+ Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**Req ID** JR10003201
