Saratoga Medical Associates is hiring a full-time Patient Support Representative to join their team! This is a 40-hour work week. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmThe primary responsibility of this role is to answer phones in a high-volume call center, and to schedule appointments.Responsibilities:* Answer multiple line phone system, forwarding calls to appropriate location or handling calls personally when appointments are needed.* Remove messages from phone system and return calls to patients as needed.* Cancel and reschedule patients when necessary.* Schedule appointments for patients, following office protocols for access to care.* Document verbal conversations and information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.* Transfer/retrieve office phones to/from answering service.* Answer overflow of phone calls and direct appropriately.* Process incoming telephone calls/messages based on office policy and procedure.If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!Annual salary range: $16.00-$25.00CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
