Directs Food & Nutrition staff tasks to assure that meals are delivered safely, promptly and in compliance with the patient's dietary needs. Ensures the successful operation of the retail food spaces. Effectively communicates with other departments. Successful administration of these duties will ensure that all appropriate policies/procedures are being followed in order to serve palatable, nutritious, attractive, and safe food to all our patients, visitors and staff while maintaining a high level of professionalism in relation to the FOCUS Values.

- Oversees the daily tasks, compliances, customer service, HIPAA, and overall patient experience.
- Reallocates resources as volumes change and staffing changes

Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
Food service experience
Progressive leadership experience
License(s)/Certification(s):
ServSafe Certified within 90 days of employment.
