The Assistant Director of Patient Relations will be responsible for the execution of projects and initiatives focused on the improvement of resident care and resident experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (List in order of importance to role and time spent on function)Daily rounds on all units to check in on residents.In charge of the completion of Admission packets, Resident Surveys, resident voting registration, Monthly Data reports. The point person for resident and family grievances. Gives tours to potential new admissions. Participate in family webinars. In charge of resident rights signage in the facility.Minimum Qualifications1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Public Administration,Hospital Administration, Business Administration or in a health care specialization or related discipline;or2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in fields, as described in 1 above or insocial sciences; and one (1) year of paid, full-time responsible experience in an administrative,supervisory or consultative capacity performing functions related to the coordination and delivery ofpatient care services or similar functions in a hospital or a health care setting; or3.
