Job Location : Palm Springs,CA, USA
Responsible for maintaining the employee schedule for the facility in accordance with State, company and facility guidelines to confirm that patient care and staffing needs are appropriately addressed. Responsible for organization of the employment file.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Otherduties may be assigned.
· Coordinates, reports, and posts schedules of hourly staff
· Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverage of line staff (CNAs)
· Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues
· Accurately enters and maintains data relative to scheduling using company software programs
· Assists to make a monthly schedule for the line staff (CNAs)
· Monitor employees who are on leave of absence and report to the management
· Assists with time correction forms, submits them and works with payroll department with any payroll related matters
· Assists to organize and maintain employment file
· Assists to submit request for background check and follow through
· Assists in job posting
· Assists in assembling and making a new employment file
QUALIFICATIONS
· Associate degree preferred, High school diploma considered
· Proficient in use of computer

Working in normal office environment, employee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, see, talk, hear and use of keyboard. May occasionally lift objects of 10 to 25 lbs. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident's protected health information. Monitors and oversees facility's effort to comply with company policies, procedures and state and federal law. WAGE RATE RANGE $22.00 TO $26.00 AN HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
