PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS IN DETAIL.What's in it For Me?* Compensation: $21.50 per Hour plus Bonus/Comission plan Average any where from $45,000 to $65,000/yr or more!* Fun Competitions to earn even more prizes and gifts* Robust PTO Plan* Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from* 401K Retirement Plan with company match* Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability* Special Program Options: FSA, EPA, Legal Services, and Identity Theft* Continuous Training for your Professional Development* Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment* Coached and supported career growthResponsibilitiesWhat Will I Do?* Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls* Making/handling high volume of outbound calls* Handle sales with customers and also upselling* Set appointments with customers in regards to HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Solar, Water, Electrical and more* Multi task between different departments and stakeholders* Respond to e-mail inquiries* Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians* Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation* Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details* Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicableQualificationsDo I have What it Takes?* High School Diploma or GED preferred* 2-years customer service experience, call center setting preferred* 1 year of sales experience required* Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications* Experience with Service Titan is a plus.* Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.* Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.* Must be able to work on site, Remote only positions are not available at this time.* Must be able to type 35 WPM.* Ability to pass a background check and drug screenWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
