Ensure all internal and external reporting is completed.* Willing to be First Aid/ CPR/ AED trained and providing assistance in the event of an injury or other emergencyQualificationsarrow_right* Bachelor's Degree is required* 5+ years of HSE experience in a plant location* Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a requirement* Have relevant certifications, system experience, and training, holds all legally required certifications regarding his/her role as HSE Officer* Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions* Good communication and collaboration skills, communicates clearly and concisely, and works with colleagues proactively* Good customer-oriented mindset, good analytical and problem-solving skills* Good personality to be proactive and creative* Must possess strong verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish* Candidate will have experience or given training to foster 5S and LEAN initiatives.* Proven people and project management skills with the ability to meet established goals and timelines* Advanced level of using Microsoft skillsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
