New York Plastic Surgical Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Patient Relations Representative for our Deep Blue Med Spa!Must have a flexible schedule to work Saturdays and evening shifts.*Prior experience in the skincare industry or spa reception experience is aplus!Why Choose New York Plastic Surgical Group:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must be knowledgeable and understand all DBMS treatments & procedures.
  • Communicates with guests by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, sophistication, and confidence.
  • Perform Deep Blue Med Spa Open/ Close office duties.
  • Answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently and make various types of appointments for all DBMS locations.
  • Maintain knowledge regarding the payment process (creating bills, packages, gift cards, applying payments etc.).
  • Adhere to all departmental processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Strong computer/technical skills, including knowledge of practice management software (NexTech, a plus) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
